Implementation that actually gets implemented

We don't just build the system. We build the way your team will use it.

A successful implementation isn't finished when the technology goes live. It's successful when your processes are better, your people know how to work in the system, and the technology becomes part of how your business operates every day.

We start with the process. Not the platform.

Before we configure technology, we understand how your business works.

We map your current processes, identify friction and unnecessary steps, define how work should move, and design the future-state process.

Then we build the technology around it.

  1. Discover

  2. Map

  3. Design

  4. Build

  5. Train

  6. Launch

  7. Improve, then back to step 1, Discover

Built around your people, too.

The best system in the world won't work if your team doesn't adopt it.

Different users interact with technology differently. An administrator working in the system eight hours a day has very different needs than an executive checking a dashboard—or a production employee completing a task on the floor.

We identify the user profiles across your organization and design the experience, permissions, workflows, and training around how each group actually works.

Administrators

Power users who need deeper system knowledge and control.

An everyday user with a laptop, with his day around him: tasks, project progress, files and team updates.

Everyday users

Teams that need simple, intuitive workflows for getting work done.

An executive holding a tablet, with the dashboards he checks around him: an executive overview, strategic initiatives, key performance indicators and approvals.

Leadership

Executives and managers who need visibility, reporting, approvals, and decision support.

A field technician in a hard hat holding a phone, with the screens he works from around him: work orders, an on-site checklist, the map, job photos and the status update.

Frontline & industrial users

Employees who need clear instructions and fast interactions without unnecessary complexity — mobile-first, on the device in their hand.

Training isn't a meeting at the end. It's part of the entire implementation.

Traditional implementations build first and train everyone at the end. We don't. Training happens throughout the Worktables implementation process so your team understands the system as it's being created.

  1. During implementation

Key users participate, provide feedback, and learn the system as workflows take shape.

  2. Pre-launch training

Role-specific training prepares each user group for exactly what they'll need to do.

  3. Go-live support

We're there when the system becomes real and your team starts working inside it.

  4. Post-launch training

We reinforce adoption, answer real-world questions, and continue optimizing based on how people actually use the system.

Meet Guided Workflows.

Guided Workflows are built with Better Item Views, our app on the monday.com Marketplace.

  1. What if the training was built into the system?

We've developed proprietary technology designed to solve one of the biggest problems with business software: People shouldn't have to leave their work to figure out how to do their work. Guided Workflows allow us to embed your processes, SOPs, instructions, and supporting information directly into the experience where the work is happening. Instead of searching through a training portal, shared drive, binder, or SOP document, the guidance appears when the user actually needs it.

  2. From SOPs to the shop floor.

Guided Workflows can support both administrative and industrial processes.

    • Standard operating procedures Put your SOP directly alongside the workflow it governs.
    • Step-by-step instructions Guide users through complex processes as they're completing them.
    • Work instructions Give production and frontline teams the instructions they need at the point of work.
    • Product & equipment directions Surface operating instructions, specifications, safety information, or reference material.
    • Drawings & blueprints Make visual documentation available directly inside the relevant job or workflow.
    • Contextual support Show the right information based on the task, status, process, or user.

  3. The support is there when they need it.

Your team shouldn't have to remember everything they learned in training. And they shouldn't have to stop working to find the answer. With Guided Workflows, the process and the instructions for completing it can live together.

    • Less searching
    • Fewer mistakes
    • Faster onboarding
    • More consistent execution
    • Less dependence on tribal knowledge

Go-live is the beginning. Not the finish line.

Once your system launches, we watch how it's actually being used.

We identify friction, refine workflows, reinforce training, and continue improving the experience as your team gets comfortable with the system.

Because adoption isn't an event.

It's a process.

The Worktables implementation difference: Process + Technology + People + Adoption

We don't measure implementation success by how much software we configured. We measure it by whether your team can use the system to work better.

That's why every Worktables implementation considers:

  • Your Process

    How should the work happen?

  • Your Technology

    What should the system do?

  • Your People

Who needs to use it and how?

  • Your Training

What does each user need to know?

  • Your Adoption

How do we make the new way of working stick?

  • Your Guidance

How do we put help exactly where it's needed?

Can we get a fixed price for an implementation?

Yes. With a fixed-price implementation, we define the scope, agree on a fixed price, and deliver the implementation. If it takes us longer than expected to complete the agreed scope, you don't pay for the extra time.

I was struggling with managing documents, appointments and service calls. Worktables designed a custom monday.com platform that meets all my needs and more. I highly recommend the WT team.

Questions about implementation

How do you make sure the team adopts the system?

We identify the user profiles across your organization—administrators, everyday users, leadership, and frontline and industrial users—and design the experience, permissions, workflows, and training around how each group actually works.

How does training work during an implementation?

Training happens throughout the Worktables implementation process. Key users participate and learn the system as workflows take shape, role-specific training prepares each user group before launch, we're there at go-live, and post-launch training reinforces adoption.

How do you measure a successful implementation?

We don't measure implementation success by how much software we configured. We measure it by whether your team can use the system to work better.

Do Guided Workflows work for shop-floor processes?

Yes. Guided Workflows can support both administrative and industrial processes: standard operating procedures, step-by-step instructions, work instructions at the point of work, product and equipment directions, drawings and blueprints, and contextual support.

Can we get a fixed price for an implementation?

Yes. With a fixed-price implementation, we define the scope, agree on a fixed price, and deliver the implementation. If it takes us longer than expected to complete the agreed scope, you don't pay for the extra time.
